Breaking the cage of mental health in Covid-19

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed Nation to light the Diyas or candles or mobile flashlights on April 5, at 9 pm for 9 minutes. It was his third address to the nation amid Corona Virus battle.

He urged everyone to switch off the electrical bulbs and stand in home balconies or doors. In this, social distancing need not be breached.

Is this the way to fight Corona? No. But then, if we analyse the current scenarios, it is quit an appreciable step taken by him. Toady, everybody is confined to home. The prohibitions have made us weak not only physically but also psychologically.

Many of us are suffering through anxiety and depression state. The feelings of boredom and loneliness are increasing. In such case, it is important to show the collective consciousness of 1.3 Billion Indians to everone.

No one is alone in this race against the evil. Everyone is together.

Let us break the cage of mental illness.
