Doctor! Medicine! Injections! Hospital!

All words are unwilled but essential in everyone’s life. We do all possible home remedies to stay fit and ward off these words. However, whenever we get to fail at our remedies there is a person to help us out is DOCTOR, second lord for many.

We need to look after our every body part visible or no. It is enforced to take care of our bodily structure from hair to toe and morning to evening till the time we fall asleep. There are few fundamental habits every normal man should adhere.

  1. Morning must be scintillating

It is always advocated to wake up early in the morning but not easy for everyone in view of their hectic schedule of shifts. You are an early bird or a night owl, wake up fresh likely to be the more productive entire day. Do not forget to take essential 7-8 hours of sleep.

2. Monitor your sleeping schedule

Essential hours of sleep works as a power yoga, whereas if it happens, in contrast, shows many routine changes such as you become drowsy in the afternoon, doze off shortly after eating dinner or feeling all day tired.

3. Exercise daily

Though people are sticking more to Yoga these days it still way ahead to make everyone understand how everyday exercise is essential for the body. Exercise is equally important as our food. We run after gyms, yoga homes and other exercise stuff when it is superfluous when your weight copiously have broken the weight standards or your physician reaffirmed exercise is the only way to recover. Contemplating, we need 20-30 min of exercise every day.

4. Keep an eye on the color of your urine

Urine color is one of the primary sources to notify your health condition and helps to diagnose many possible ailments. Yes, your urine color could tell you how healthy you are. If this color is transparent yellow then you are normal whereas if this color is pink to reddish or orange then you are at alerting health condition and need to see your doctor.

5. Blood pressure should be checked regularly

There are many easy ways available in this medical era to check your blood pressure at home. You should check this once in six months. A normal reading would be any blood pressure below 120/80 mm Hg and above 90/60 mm Hg in an adult.

6. Keep watch on your hair fall

Though hair fall happens to every next girl these days due to pollution there could be other causes for it. If you discover hair fall unusually then you should see your doctor because it can be the symptom of thyroid disease or iron deficiency.

7. Change your toothbrush 

The toothbrush is mostly prone to bacteria and fungi, which later impact our gum health too. Dental health is also important and so the toothbrush is. We should change it once in two to three months or when the bristles are worn out.

8. Have a cardiovascular assessment

If you are over 40 then you must possess your cardiovascular assessment. Since after this age people are more prone to heart attack and stroke. It would always appreciate if you carry your other reports such as blood glucose level, ECG, blood pressure and smoking status. It helps rescuer in case of emergency to treat you immediately.
